TAG Heuer Formula 1 Gulf edition

There are certain things every man should experience once in their lifetime. Business class air travel, driving a Ferrari and sailing on a yacht are all part of the exclusive club. Owning a TAG Heuer should also be part of that mix. Famous almost since inception, the TAG Heuer brand is synonymous with fine quality time pieces and motor racing, especially that classic Steve McQueen film, Le Mans. Its latest edition to the Formula 1 range is the surprisingly affordable Formula 1 Gulf edition.

Featuring the famous stripes of the Gulf Oil company, the TAG Heuer Formula 1 Gulf edition is also emblazoned with the Gulf logo. It comes with a good-sized 44mm stainless steel case, a sub-dial for seconds measurement and Swiss quartz movement. You also have the option of going for a metal bracelet or rubber strap, the latter of which we think is slightly more stylish.

Feel like you’ve seen this kind of design around before? You have. The classis TAG Heuer Monaco with the trademark square face has the same Gulf Oil stripes down it. Owning a TAG Heuer is a great thing, but owning one with historical significance such as this makes it that much better.
