Modern Warfare 3 live action trailer brings Hollywood to Call of Duty

This is brilliant. With Modern Warfare 3 now on shelves and destined to be one of the biggest video games of all time, Activision has enlisted the help of Sam Worthington and Jonah Hill to tell the tale of the Vet and the n00b. I’ve never felt more like Jonah Hill in my life.

Despite playing a good chunk of Battlefield 3 the past few weeks, I’m still firmly entrenched in the n00b category. Now I know why – I need a Sam Worthington to guide me through the jungle that is modern day first person shooters.

Still, the video is awesomely shot, has a rocking soundtrack and Worthington and Hill sell the roles completely. The game is on shelves now – if you can find a copy – and available in a special edition Xbox bundle as well.

Who’s picking up a copy?
