Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombie hits Apple iPad and iPhone

Need something to do this weekend? Something that will burn time during ad breaks for the V8 Supercar Telstra 500? Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombie might just do the trick.

Based on the hugely successful Xbox 360 game, Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombie is specifically built for the iOS platform – that is iPhone and iPad. The iOS game is based on Zombie mode in the full version of Call of Duty: Black Ops, delivering you that quick warfare hit to burn small amounts of time.

According to the press release, Ideaworks Game Studio has “specifically for the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch. Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies delivers a Zombies experience never before seen on mobile platforms, including the original Call of Duty: Black Ops map Kino der Toten, and 50 levels of Dead-Ops Arcade, with even more features, upgrades and maps to come. Gamers can play solo, or battle it out in a true multiplayer experience with up to four people using the new Voice Chat feature.”

It’s available now on the iTunes App store for $7.49.
