Jerry Seinfeld returns, driving comedians in cars and getting coffee

If you’ve been longing for Jerry Seinfeld’s return to regular work, we have good news. The comedian is back with a new web-only series, dubbed Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.

Not a lot is known about the show, but from the teaser trailer on YouTube, it appears to consist of Jerry Seinfeld driving around with other famous comedians, including Ricky Gervais, Michael Richards, Alec Baldwin and Larry David, in a variety of different car makes and models. There’s probably going to be coffee in there somewhere as well.

The new show is going to air July 19, and is being shown by Crackle, Sony’s free online entertainment network.

Combining cars, comedians and coffee and being run by a legend like Seinfeld is a sure-fire recipe for awesomesauce. we can’t wait!
