LEGO The Hobbit game due out April 16

If you’ve got kids or are a kid at heart and love a good game the team at LEGO have teamed up with Warner Bros games to bring a new game to life. Following on from LEGO The Lord of the Rings LEGO The Hobbit is inspired by the first two films in the Hobbit Trilogy and it’s out in Australia on April 16

LEGO The Hobbit

No matter your gaming weapon of choice the team at LEGO have you covered.  LEGO The Hobbit will be available on PS3, PS4, PS Vita, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, and PC.  If you don’t have one of those then you’re not likely to be reading about a computer game now are you!

LEGO The Hobbit

In this game you’re playing along with your favourite scenes from the films as the game follows the Hobbit Bilbo Baggins as he is recruited by Gandalf.

You can explore all the middle-earth locations from the film, participate in treasure quests, mining for gems or even build some new LEGO structures.

LEGO The Hobbit

If you’ve got an Xbox or Playstation console the game also has a fantastic “drop-in, drop-out” gameplay option so you can play along with friends and family and not have to start from the beginning or end the game when one person leaves.

For kids, that’s going to be a hit.

In stores April 16
