Low cost great design – Logitech X100 review

Another bluetooth speaker?  Yep, this time another from Logitech – a cool design in a range of colours in what is quite a compact design form factor.  The Logitech X100.

This is super portable, easy to throw into your bag for a picnic or beach trip.  You’ll get five hours of battery life and about 9m of range from the Bluetooth signal.

The sound is great, I’ve been using it on the desk in my office, and also in the kitchen when it’s time to do the dishes.

There is a fair level of volume without distortion, but of course it doesn’t have the bass or depth of sound you might get from a higher quality speaker – which you’ll pay a higher price for.

At under $50 this is a great gift idea for anyone who loves music and has a smartphone.  Plus, there is a microphone if you want to use it for hands-free speakerphone calls also.

Available at Officeworks for $47.88
