I can’t believe the Birthday of Colonel Sanders is being completely overlooked here in Australia. Not a mention of it at KFC.com.au. Not one. September the 9th is an important day in the world of fast-food and secret herbs and spices. Thankfully, the Japanese are doing their bit to celebrate.
This is their website:
That’s right “We’re celebrating Colonel Sanders Birthday” (Loose and broad translation:))
There’s three “BIG” “thank you” elements to this birthday campaign.
We’re not talking useless chicken piece either. We’re talking every-day useable or wearable. Check these out:
Yes, that’s a keyboard with KFC Chicken pieces all over the keys – what other letters do you need besides K, F & C?
You know you want this right? A Chicken Mouse!
That’s a juicy looking piece of KFC Chicken (Simulated) USB Stick! (We’re not sure the data capacity sorry!)
KFC Wearables! Diamonds are a girls best friend? not any more – walk right past Tiffany & Co and into KFC for these “gems”!
You think I’m joking? Nope. Here’s the link http://www.kfc.co.jp/campaign/colonelsday_thanks3/index.html
Thanks to our mate Mark from Ipswich for his translation services:)
