These all-in-one computers have for a long time been the leader in design, and for their sheer simplicity of setup are a growing favourite for many. Sales of Mac’s went up 18% last year, there’s little doubt the iMac plays a big role in that. Today in Cupertino Apple CEO Tim Cook revealed a stunning new display for the 27 inch iMac.
Apple calls it “Retina 5K” and as the name suggests, it has a higher resolution than even the newest and latest “4K” screens.
Aimed at professional photo and video users the iMac with Retina 5K will start at $2,999 in Australia.
