Watch a Virgin Blue 737 become Virgin Australia branded

I’ve seen a few docos about the painting of planes, but never have I seen the old paint job literally fall off the side of the plane. This video by Virgin Australia shows the whole process in a matter of minutes, and for Aviation geeks it’s a must watch.

This 737 (VH-VUE) hit the air in 2005, but since 2011 Virgin Blue has been known as Virgin Australia, so it was about time to strip off the red paint and add a new lick of white shine.
