A robot smartphone? Crazy idea right? Well, it seems Sharp in Japan are well down the path judging by the RoBoHoN video below.
If you believe everything you see in this video, it’s a pretty cool concept – let down (in my view) only by the fact that it’s a small child’s toy you are carrying in your pocket or hanging around your neck.
Assuming you can get past that, it seems the idea of a phone that talks to you, takes photos for you, can project those photos onto a wall or desk for you to view and can even make you cry might just be something big – perhaps only in Japan though?
Can’t see it taking off myself – but, I’ve been wrong more than once before.
