A partnership between HerdTracker and MakeItKenya has enabled us to watch two live streams per day of this amazing migration.
Your safari hosts will be Carel Verhoef and Andre Van Kets of DiscoverAfrica.com and co-creators of the HerdTracker migration app. HerdTracker allows people to track the migration in real time on a Google Map throughout the year to identity the best time of year to see the great migration.
To watch the live broadcasts, which will last between 10-20 minutes twice-daily, visit discoverafrica.com/herdtrackerlive and register your email address to receive reminders for live broadcasts, which will be hosted live on periscope.tv/herdtracker and the live safari microsite. It is extremely fascinating and like a good documentary but without the fancy editing, just raw and real. Certainly something on my bucket list to experience to real thing.
