This is a new category for 2015, created with the Ford Ranger in mind. Yep, you could give this award to any number of items, but when we look at the Ford Ranger we see a solid workhorse which any bloke would love to drive especially those who use a ute or dual-cab in their daily work.
You know a vehicle is hitting the market right when it is starting to get great modifications or after market accessories. For a long long time the Hilux dominated this space, and while sales may still fall slightly in favour of the Hilux there’s no doubt they’ve had to sharpen their design pencils to compete with the bold looks of the Ford Ranger.
That, in addition to the general ride, comfort and interior fit-out make this a cracking great vehicle.
