ELAC Debut series speakers available in Australia

Andrew Jones may not be a household name, but in the audio and speaker market he’s certainly renowned for his design and engineering which he’s now brought to the ELAC brand with the “Debut” series of speakers now available in Australia.

When you put quality brands and quality engineers and or designers together you’d normally push the price right up, which is why I was stunned to find the entry-level ELAC speakers hitting Australia at $499 for the pair.

Distributed here through Synergy Audio Visual the ELAC Debut series offer a refined yet elegant and almost understated design with a solid sound performance.

The speakers are made from a “lightweight, weather-resistant aramid fibre” and come in just one colour which should suit most Hi-Fi systems I’d think.

ELAC Debut subwoofer are able to be controlled from a smartphone via a Bluetooth connection and AutoEQ app allowing you to adjust the woofers’ EQ depending on the style and layout of your room.
