Garlo creates a Sharkie Pie for Cronulla’s hyped up Grand Final fans

If you’re a Sharks fan, not just because they are the Cronulla team, but because the Shire is one hell of a loyal area, there’s a huge chance you live in the Shire.  Garlo’s Pies have a special edition Grand Final Pie for Sharks fans available down in the Shire.

The Cronulla Sharks take on the Melbourne Storm this weekend in their fourth Grand Final appearance in 49 years, but looking to win for the very first time.

So, Sean “Garlo” Garlick (despite being a South Sydney Rabbitoh through and through) has released a limited edition “Sharkie Pie” for fans to wrap their laughing gear around.

Managing Director and Founder of Garlo’s Pies & Former Roosters and Rabbitohs skipper, Sean “Garlo” Garlick, has released a limited edition Sharkie Pie so that fans can further show their support and encourage the Sharks to bring it back home and make history.

“The Sharks boys are going to have an inordinate amount of pressure on their shoulders come game night, it’s my hope to see fans showing their support across all fronts, from the team jersey all the way to food they’re eating,” Garlick explained

“Fans of the sport have always shown their support for a team through colour, it’s a tried and tested way to boost team morale – just look at the sea of blue during the State of Origin.”

“So with hot pies and loud cries let’s bring the Grand Final cup back to Sydney!” Sean added.

The Sharkie Pie is lean beef with a potato topping with Sharks team colours on it – so basically a Shepards Pie with a Blue, Black and White top.

You’ll find them at Coles in Caringbah and the Strand Hotel in Darlinghurst.
