Marley Get Together Mini: Great sound, great look, great for the environment

House of Marley make some great sounding audio gear, headphones and speakers included.  Bob Marley they say understood the power that music has to bring people together and this little fella is designed to do just that.

The Get Together Mini – otherwise known as the new “Little Get Together” is a portable Bluetooth speaker which to the eye and ear offers more than a touch above the rest at this price point.

At just $199.95, it’s made from 90% recycled content – pleasing for the greenies – but the natural bamboo front and “REWINDTM” ecological fabric wrapped around it make it something beautiful to sit on the park bench, kitchen table, bookshelf or mantle – no matter where you choose, it’s going to fit in – and at the same time stand out.

Inside the Bluetooth is upgraded to 4.1 A2DP audio – which means more devices can connect to it, plus the wireless range is up to 30 meters!

Despite its small size, it’s got 2 x 3W and 9W output and 2 1.5 inch full range drivers to produce a crisp and clear sound – so say Marley.  Then there’s the Woofers and passive radiators – this thing has it all.

To my ears, it’s a bass heavy product if that’s what you’re into – and packs some serious volume – sounds great at a subtle level and outstanding when turned up to 11.

USB out is there to power your phone if it’s running low, and it’s all priced at $199.95
