Dessert from Existing Ingredients

Some food items generate emotions, a spoon full of Milo can make you feel like you’re straddling a launched missile, licking Nutella from a knife blade will feel like Riverdance on a tightrope and turning bread into toast, well that’s just straight magic.

But when was the last time you combined these ingredients? You haven’t? Let’s make like Nigella and line this all up.

Ingredients

  1. Milo
  2. Nutella
  3. Bread

Tools Required

  1. Knife
  2. Spoon
  3. Toaster

Method

1) Put the bread into the toaster, pop it out

2) Lather some sweet Nutella onto that toast using that knife we mentioned earlier

3) Take a spoonful of kiddie cocaine aka Milo and drizzle that over the Nutella

4) Pat it all in, you don’t want that chocolate dust falling off

Serving suggestion: The combination of these three ingredients to create one item is well paired with another insane blend of goodness, coffee. Do that.

Next Steps

Take a bite, firstly absorb the full flavour of what you’ve achieved, then wrap your tastebuds around the individual ingredients involved, realise those last three words all begin with the letter “i”, take another bite and just know that everything in the world is actually okay. You’re going to be okay, and if you feel the need; grab another slice of bread and repeat steps one to four.
