EFTM Best Drop 2017: Handpicked Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

At EFTM we’re quite fortunate to be able to try multiple wines, beers and spirits throughout the year. We’ve also been through formal industry training to ensure our opinions are valid.

We’ve tasted some fantastic wines, some excellent craft beer and made cocktails.  We’ve also travelled to the Hunter Valley, the Barossa Valley and even to New Zealand in search of our favourite drop.

The best drop must be affordable, appealing to multiple groups of people and be accessible… most of all it must taste bloody good.

This year we are awarding the best drop to the Handpicked Cabernet Sauvignon 2013.  We experienced this wine at a tasting in their Sydney outlet, this venue is a place where anybody can go and try all of the wines for a very low price but most of all can also leave with her favourite bottle and in our opinion we think that you should leave with the bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. At $24.99 that first sip will transport you into the Coonawarra in South Australia, the home of some of the best Cabernet Sauvignon on the planet.
