In a bid to draw attention to the high price of the flagship phones on the market today, Oppo has introduced a limited edition “Bali Bundle” to promote the launch of its latest phone the R15 Pro.
Itself a high-end device with a 20MP dual rear camera, facial recognition, AI and fast charging the only thing it seems to lack from the big guys would be wireless charging.
The R15 Pro has a 6.2inch screen with an 89% screen to body ratio for that excessive full screen effect – plus the now common “notch” up top to give it a full top to bottom display.
At $1579 you’d think it’s never going to sell against Apple’s iPhone X and Samsung’s Galaxy S9+, however the catch is in the inclusions.
Be one of the first to buy the Oppo R15 Pro online and you’ll also get a trip to Bali. Yep, you read that right, a trip to Bali. Travel vouchers for flights, three nights accommodation plus plenty to do while you’re over there.
So for $1579 you don’t just get a phone – it’s all this:
If Bali isn’t your thing, and you’d just like to save money – the device is $779 and will be available from JB Hi-Fi for pre-order from July 2, on-sale July 9 at JB and Good Guys, Officeworks, Retravision and Woolworths mobile.
For those looking for the Bali Bundle, get in quick, orders start today, they’re limited to 50 people, and you can order from www.balibundle.com
