New Sennheiser in-ear Momentum headphones launched at IFA 2018

The Momentum range of earphones from Sennheiser now includes a new product, the Momentum True Wireless. The Bluetooth earphones are said to set new standards for audio quality with the added benefit of style and comfort. Featuring Sennheiser’s audiophile 7mm dynamic drivers you can expect some pretty serious performance.

“The Momentum range has always stood for a fusion of excellent sound, progressive technology and craftsmanship. The Momentum True Wireless also allow for the option of letting ambient sounds in, so you’re more aware of what’s actually going on around you.

As with any decent set of headphones these days the new range also includes direct voice access to Apple’s Siri or Google Assistant. There are two microphones to aid in noisy situations ensuring clear phone calls and voice recognition pick up.

If you’d prefer to tinker with your own sound the free Sennheiser Smart Control app allows for customisable EQ settings. The app itself will become available upon launch. It has a 4-hour battery life that can be recharged via its compact case which all up would allow for 12 hours of all-day enjoyment.

The MOMENTUM True wireless headphones also look the goods with a fabric-wrapped case and nicely finished metallic detailing on the outer face. Other fine touches include gold-plated charging pins and magnets.

The MOMENTUM True Wireless will be available from mid-November at a price of $499.95.
