On what would have been his 57th birthday, Google will in a few hours time be running a memorial to the Australian icon, legend and all-round champion Steve Irwin through their Google Doodles.
Renowned as one of the friendliest, bravest and most adventurous Australians, Steve is being remembered with an animated slideshow highlighting his life as a zookeeper, conservationist and father.
To complement this tribute is a guest blog by Terri Irwin and some nice little fact bytes built-into Google Assistant about Steve. From 00:01 am February 22nd, “Hey Google, crickey” will be in full effect.
An absolutely lovely tribute to this amazing Australian that will remain one of the all time greats for as long as we’re here to talk about him.

You will often find him in the streets advocating for the benefits of gaming or just generally nerding out.
