This X-TRAIL gets the N-TREK treatment

The Nissan X-Trail has copped the N-TREK treatment, just like the Nissan Navara. Based on the ST-L grade, the spruced-up X-Trail scores some added decorations in the lead up to Christmas.

The limited run of 500 units will 19-inch alloy wheels, a Bose 8-speaker, smoked colour bonnet protector, slim line front and rear weather shields, front and rear kick plates plus carpet mats to protect the rear of the vehicle if you choose the five-seater.

The dressed-up X-Trail will be priced from $38,700 before on-roads. You can elect either a two-wheel or four-wheel drive configuration.

Nissan don’t mind a special edition vehicle and it’s paid off for them.

Nissan Australia managing director Stephen Lester said, “The Nissan X-TRAIL N-TREK includes some fantastic Nissan genuine accessories that really make this vehicle standout from the pack,”

“Buyers have long taken advantage of the special addition variants that Nissan has introduced and given the popularity of Nissan X-TRAIL we expect this variant to sell strongly.”

The Nissan X-Trail N-TREK is fitted with the 2.5 litre petrol 2WD / 4WD engine with Xtronic CVT engine that produces 126kW and 226Nm of torque.

It’s pretty well kitted out with safety and driver assist technology such as a 360 degree Intelligent Around-View Monitor with Moving Object Detection, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Intelligent Emergency Braking and Forward Collision Warning, plus a rear-view camera with predictive path technology.
