My relationship with Foxtel 4K and Formula 1 paired together has been a rollercoaster ride. The joy of the 2019 season, the pain of what was planned for the 2020 Aussie Grand Prix.
But right now, I’ll take any news as good news.
EFTM can confirm that the first eight races out of Europe will be LIVE and in 4K, not all practice sessions will be 4K, but hey, I’ll take it.
While not every race can be guaranteed to be live in 4K in this re-commenced season, every race will be available on delay in 4K for those who want the pure joy of the picture.
It’s not far off, F1 is back baby!
Season restarts the first weekend in July, with Foxtel having it all covered on channel 506, for those KAYO users, you won’t get 4K, but you will get every minute live.
Plus, Kayo have their “No Spoilers” feature, so if you log into Kayo in the morning after a Grand Prix you won’t see any of the highlights or mini packages spoiling the result.
