Optus Sport just keeps bubbling away. With rights to most of the big soccer – sorry, Football tournaments they’ve created a super niche in Australia and don’t seem to be slowing down.
Today the Optus Sport streaming services are available on a new Optus Sport app on LG Smart TVs.
This applies to any LG Smart TV from 2017 onward and it should be in the App Gallery to download.
“Optus Sport is thrilled to be adding another platform so fans can catch all the football action they want with their LG Smart TV,” Optus’ Head of TV and Content Corin Dimopoulos said.
“As live sport returns to Optus Sport, we know football fans are passionate to reconnect with the game they love.”

With LG TV’s, Optus Sport is now available on Fetch TV, Apple TV, Android TV, LG Smart TVs, Apple Airplay and Chromecast, as well as Amazon Fire TV, Xbox and your desktop, tablet, mobile and laptop.
