Samsung’s Odyssey range of gaming monitors expands today with the curved G5 going on sale in Australia in 27 inch, 32 inch and 34 inch sizes.
While not 4K screens, they are higher resolution than Full HD with a WQHD (2560×1440) res on the 27 and 32 inch models. The 34 pumps up to 3440 x 1440
An impressive 144Hz display makes gaming lag a thing of the past, while the 34 inch model ramps than up to 165Hz. Ideally, they also feature AMD FreeSync Premium.
If you haven’t used a curved screen, the Odyssey range is an ideal introduction with a subtle 1000R curve wrapping around the individual gamer.
The range also feature HDR10 while the design screams “gamer” at every angle.
You’ll find them for $499 (27 inch), $599 (32 inch) and $849 (34 inch), at Samsung online, and key online retailers like PC Case Gear, Mwave, PLE Computers, Scorptec, Computer Alliance, Centrecom and Online Centre.
