There’s a small pool of Android tablets available in Australia, and Samsung has a great range in their Galaxy Tab series. Their latest offering, the Galaxy Tab A7 lite has landed in stores around Australia today starting at just $249.

The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite includes a generous 8.7-inch display with dual speaker including Dolby Atmos support and is powered by an octa-core processor. It’s got 32GB of storage, which you can expand up to 1TB with microSD cards, and a big 5,100mAh battery promising up to 12 hours of video playback.

The tablet is available in both WiFi and 4G models, priced at $249 and $349 respectively. It’s always great to see a 4G option for keeping connected on the go. The tablet comes with a durable metal cover in Gray making it a great first tablet option for families.
