Motorola moto g51 5G lands in Australia with all day battery life

Tapping into the expanding 5G market is becoming more affordable with the new Motorola moto g51 5G landing in Australia today.

The mid-range handset offers a heap of features for the $399 price-tag including all day battery life, massive super smooth display and 50MP.

The phone is exclusive to JB Hifi  and comes in either Indigo Blue or Bright Silver colour options. The phone has a water-repellent design for resisting splashes, spills and life’s other surprises.

The latest in the Moto g line, the G51 5G comes with a 6.8” Max Vision FHD+ resolution display with an impressive 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 Pro 5G processor with 6GB RAM and 128GB of on-board storage with a  microSD card slot to expand if you need.

Motorola has also included a massive 5000mAh battery which can last up to 30 hours, and also supports rapid charging.

The phone includes a triple rear camera array with a 50MP sensor with Quad Pixel for excellent low-light photos and clear shots. There’s also an 8MP sensor with 118-degree ultra-wide lens and 2MP MacroVision option for up close shots. And for selfies there’s a 13MP sensor on the front in a punch hole notch in the display.

Kurt Bonnici, Head of Motorola for Australia and New Zealand said:

5G is becoming widely available in Australia but it shouldn’t come with a hefty price tag. The good news is that with the new moto g51 5G, consumers can now have an incredible all-round smartphone experience at an affordable price point.”

This mid-tier device offers the high-end power, entertainment and 5G speeds that is found in premium 5G devices, at a fraction of the cost. We’re excited to launch the moto g51 5G because it delivers great value that Australians have come to expect in the moto g family,”

If you want to check it out you can head over to the JB Hi-Fi website where it’s available now in Blue or Silver – or head to the Motorola website.
