If you thought Apple were just dipping their toe in the water with their Soccer and MLB sports rights then think again with the company expanding the capabilities of their sports streaming service, adding multi-view options for live sport.
Apple offers the Major League Soccer and Friday Night Baseball live and while the experience is already seamless, when there’s more than one game on at a time, fans often want more more more.
So from Today, if you’re watching MLS or MLB using an Apple TV 4K box, you can watch up to four simultaneous streams, be they live games or live shows.
There’s also the option to choose between multiple audio options including the radio feeds to give solid viewer choice.
Multiview is only available on the Apple TV 4K box, not the Apple TV app on smart TVs etc.
