Sennheiser announce the all-new ACCENTUM Wireless headphones with world-class sound

Sennheiser is a brand that straddles the mainstream market and the audiophile market and for good reason — they offer a high quality sound at a reasonable price. They have now announced a new addition to their lineup of wireless headphones with the ACCENTUM Wireless headphones.

The ACCENTUM Wireless use 37mm dynamic transducers to priorities audio performance and combine it with Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling technology. The ANC delivers a broad noise cancelling performance through both passive isolation and microphones targetting both high and low frequencies.

Using Bluetooth 5.2 technology you can connect the ACCENTUM Wireless to more than one device at a time with support for multipoint connectivity. With support for aptX HD codec the headphones deliver a punchy sound with outstanding bass — AAC and SBC codecs are also supported.

“ACCENTUM Wireless was developed to outperform their price tag, sharing much of the most desirable DNA of our award-winning MOMENTUM 4,” says Christian Ern, Sennheiser Principal Product Manager, “Consumers are getting breathtaking Sennheiser sound without sacrificing the battery life or wireless freedom that makes them so enjoyable to use all day long.”

With over 50 hours of battery life the ACCENTUM Wireless support a fast charge technology where just 10 minutes of charging can deliver up to 5 hours of listening pleasure.. If you do run out of power (or if Bluetooth is not permitted) simply use the USB-C charging cable to turn them into a wired set of headphones.

The headphones are controlled through a simple four-button layout on the earcup and through the smartphone app. The smartphone app also includes the ability to fine-tune the equaliser to the style you prefer.

The Sennheiser ACCENTUM Wireless promise to be comfortable thanks to the earcup and headphone padding which conforms to the user’s shape. They also fold flat for easy storage and transportation.

ACCENTUM Wireless will be available in black and in white with sandstone accents. And will be available in the last quarter of the year. The new ACCENTUM Wireless will have an RRP of $299.95 AUD and $319.95 NZD.
