Samsung Galaxy S24 devices begin arriving in the hands of Aussie buyers – 8 days early!

For a few years now Samsung has seemingly taken the view that if the devices are in the country, don’t leave them in a warehouse – ship them to buyers – and 2024 is no different with reports of Galaxy S24 devices shipping to customers today, a full eight days before the official “on sale” date of February 7.

EFTM reader and Man Cave member Chris Bailey shared the news of his new shiny toy today, having ordered through Telstra.

Like any wise buyer he’s going to leave it wrapped in cotton wool until the case for the phone arrives, to avoid any utter disappointment from unfortunate drops.

Previous Samsung Mobile management saw these pre-order days as an opportunity to “surprise and delight” customers who are loyal enough to pre-order the devices, something Apple has never and would never consider doing.

It’s the little things that count, and for many this is one such thing.
