Film is back – JB Hi-Fi launches 35mm Co reusable cameras for $119.95

For many of us it’s a flashback to our childhood, but for Madi Stefanis this was a hobby born out of a love for vintage cameras that has become a thriving business which now finds it’s products in the massive JB Hi-Fi retail empire.

Madi had the idea after selling an old SLR Film camera for five times the asking price – seeing the gap in the market she started flipping vintage cameras, and then developed her very own reusable cameras.

Kicked off during the pandemic, 35mm Co cracked $2 million in turnover in its first year – so people are keen.

You can now buy a brand new but fully retro 35mm camera from JB Hi-Fi for just $119.95.

Madi Stefanis says “The 35mm Co team is so excited to officially launch into JB Hi-Fi stores, allowing us to bring analog photography to a broader range of Australians. You’ll find 35mm Co Cameras in Pink, Blue and Green at JB Hi-Fi.

Just remember – Film needs developing, and that’s not as easy as Rabbit One-Hour photo used to be, nor is it as cheap:)
