Belkin’s ultimate charger for the tech-savvy traveller – BoostCharge Pro 4-Port 140W!

I’ve tried a lot of travel chargers. And they all have their advantages. A short while ago Belkin released their Hybrid Wall charger, we loved it, and tested a bunch of other options too. But these last two weeks travelling in Europe and the USA I’ve found a new top tier charger – the Belkin BoostCharge Pro 4-Port.

You’ll find this beast at JB HiFi or Belkin for $189.95 and that’s not cheap – but hear me out.

There’s four ports here. Three USB-C and one USB-A. Now I get the USB-A inclusion, some people are clinging to an older cable, but for me, It didn’t get a use. Instead I had three USB-C cables attached at every stop.

In the box are four wall plug options, so you’ve got every country covered – and those plugs come in a handy carry bag, not to hold in your hand, but keep them together so you don’t lose them – I’m guilty of that with other chargers for sure!

But the real secret sauce here is the power. 140W output. WOWSERS. That’s charge your laptop in no time kinda power.

That output is the total potential, of course the more you plug in, the lower the peak output on any one port.

But that’s outlined pretty clearly on the actual device too.

It’s all possible thanks to GaN technology which allows for high-wattage power in a compact but safe design. This thing is just so great, I’m going to keep one at home in my office, one at my desk and one for my travel bag – never run short of power then!

And it’s a certainty for our team covering CES early next year – this means just one plug in the wall of the hotel has your phone, earbuds and laptop charging every night – peace of mind for everyone!
