ECOVACS unveil its 2025 range of DEEBOT robot vacuums with industry-firsts

ECOVACS has unveiled its 2025 range of robot floor cleaners (vacuum and mopping) with three new models at three different price points.

Trevor took a close look at the flagship of the new fleet, the ECOVACS Deebot X8 Pro Omni, for the last two weeks but that wasn’t the only impressive vacuum announced by ECOVACS. Alongside the Deebot X8 Pro Omni, ECOVACS also announced the Deebot T50 Max Pro Omni and the Deebot T50 Pro Omni.

The Ecovacs Deebot X8 Pro Omni introduces ECOVACS’ Ozmo Roller Instant Self-Washing Mopping Technology, an industry-first technology that uses both constant pressure and instant self-washing mopping in a robot vacuum. Other features it includes are the TruEdge 2.0 Adaptive Edge Cleaning and AIVI 3D 3.0 Omni-Approach Technology, ensuring an optimal clean right up to your skirting boards, perfect for homes with large areas of hard floors.

The flagship X8 Pro Omni also includes 18,000Pa of suction power, ECOVACS’ ZerTangle 2.0 Anti-tangle Technology, a Carpet First function to ensure carpets are cleaned before any mopping is done, and an Auto-emptying, auto-cleaning base station. Check out the review of the Deebot X8 Pro Omni for our thoughts on it.

The Deebot T50 Max Pro Omni is designed for households with extensive carpeted areas and pets. The BLAST technology improves the airflow through the vacuum and, when combined with the 18,500Pa of suction power, delivers best-in-class vacuuming of larger particles.

Other features include TruEdge 2.0 Adaptive Edge Cleaning, TruEdge 3D Edge Sensors and Fully-Embedded dToF LiDAR, Carpet Care, ZeroTangle 2.0 Anti-Tangle technology, OZMO Turbo 2.0 & 18mm Auto-life mopping, AIVI 3D 3.0 Omni-Approach Technology which uses AI to recognise objects and avoid them, and an Auto-emptying, auto-cleaning base station.

The Deebot T50 Pro Omni is a thinner and slimmer vacuum that cleans under a wider range of furniture. It still packs a punch though, with its 15,000Pa of suction power, TruEdge 2.0 Adaptive Edge Cleaning, AIVI 3D 3.0 Omni-Approach Technology, ZeroTangle 2.0 Anti-Tangle technology, and TruEdge 2.0 Adaptive Edge Cleaning. It comes with a compact Omni Station with Auto-emptying, hot air drying, and automatic detergent refilling.
