Belkin is getting into gaming with new accessories for the Switch 2

After 40 years of bringing us high-quality mobile accessories, cables, adapters, surge protectors and more, Belkin has announced they’re moving into the gaming accessories space.

The first wave of gaming accessories from Belkin will feature products designed to be compatible with Nintendo Switch 2 which launches today.

The range includes cases, screen protectors, cables, power bank, headset and charger. The range will be released under Belkin’s innovation-focused Future Ventures category which launched last year, giving the company an avenue to quickly innovate for new tech products like the Apple Vision Pro and more importantly today, the Switch 2.

Steve Malony, CEO of Belkin said of the launch

“Gaming is a natural extension of the Belkin brand. With our legacy of creating products that empower people to ‘be ready for today’, we’re excited to bring Belkin’s trusted accessories into the world of gaming. This new portfolio not only allows us to support the next generation of Nintendo Switch, but also reflects our commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability. It’s an exciting step forward as we continue expanding into new categories and delivering meaningful products to meet the needs of our diverse community of users.”

The new cases include two options, a Charging case and Travel Case, both of which will be released in three colours: Charcoal, Sand and Green. Both cases have a storage section in the top for storing joy-cons and more, a flap for storing your game cards, as well as a hidden compartment to slip in a tracker like an AirTag or Moto Tag to keep track of them.

The case is designed to both protect as well as charge your Switch 2 using the included 10,000mAh/20W battery pack, with room to prop the console up while it charges. The battery pack can charge your switch up to 1.5 times, and includes an LCD display so you can check the charge at any time.

The case is available from today for .95 through Belkin.

Priced at just .95, the Travel Case gives you a stylish option for your new Switch 2, using the same premium materials as the Charging Case. The Travel Case will have a handle that detaches to a loop you can slip your hand through to keep it secure in your hand while carrying.

If your worry is more your display, Belkin is launching two Tempered Glass screen protectors for the Switch 2, an Anti-Reflective version, and a Blue Light filter version. For both, Belkin is taking the worry out of application, including an easy guide applicator to make sure your new screen protector is aligned perfectly…and bubble-free.

The Anti-Glare model is designed for ultimate durability, clarity, and reduced glare, says Belkin, shielding you against the scratches and smudges that show up every day, as well as minimising the glare of reflections while you game on the move.

The Blue Light filter screen protector is designed for longer gaming sessions, reducing eye-strain as well as shielding your new handheld against scratches and smudges.

Both the Blue Light Filter, and Anti-Glare Screen Protectors are available from today for .95.

The new range also includes a 2M braided USB-C to USB-C cable rated to 60W which is available for .95, as well as a compact dual USB-C 65W GaN Wall Charger priced at .95 offering full fast charging support for the Switch 2, and finally a 20K 30W Power Bank to keep you topped off on the go.
