Samsung’s latest smartphones will hit retail and telco stores on August 1, but for the best possible deals Samsung is – as always – working with it’s telco and retail partners for some pretty impressive pre-order deals which are available today.
Standard Recommended Retail pricing for the devices tops out at $2,899 for the ZFold 7 while the new watches and even the Fold7 FE offer pretty good value at RRP

If $2,899 is a bit eye watering for you but you’re drooling for the ultra-thin 4.2mm Fold 7 – have we got a deal for you!
The best deal out there is with Telstra. Their offer to you is a $800 discount if you buy the device on a payment plan. On top of that, if you have a strong trade-in device (ie: last year’s Fold 6), then you can get up to $600 more as a trade-in bonus!
That’s $1,400 off the price.
Vodafone is doing a similar deal with a $300 device discount and up to $700 trade-in bonus.
Optus are hedging their bets on you wanting more Samsung products, with Samsung eStore vouchers of up to $800 for those buying new devices on pre-order.
Vodafone and Telstra’s deals are similar on the Flip 7, just lower value discounts, while in retail stores like JB HiFi, Amazon and Officeworks the deals are all about offering you more and more storage up from the base inclusions.
In all our years of covering new devices and pre-order deals these may be some of the best we’ve seen from the Telcos – so perhaps it’s time to consider a brand new smartphone.
