Roadtrip! – Peters drums out two new flavours

Peters Ice Cream, an Aussie tradition for almost 120 years has announced the release of two new flavours as part of their Road Trippers Drumstick range and they are launching them in a BIG way.

Who hasn’t enjoyed jumping in the family car and road tripping in the search for what Australia is famous for? BIG THINGS. With over 75 recognised “Big Things” to choose from across the nation, Peters has settled on two to launch their new flavours.

They have travelled far and wide, well Coffs Harbour NSW and Gumeracha SA to celebrate these two new flavours, bound to get those tastebuds working overtime this summer.

The Big Banana in Coffs Harbour NSW is the site to announce Drumstick – Banana Caramel, a combination of banana and toffee combined with caramel syrup and blondie brownie pieces, topped with more syrup and more blondie pieces. If that doesn’t get you in your car to scoot to the nearest store, maybe a trip over to The Big Rocking Horse in the Adelaide Hills is more to your taste

Road Tripper Rocky Road promises layers of marshmallow and chocolate with diced nuts throughout, combined with raspberry syrup, topped with more nuts and choc.

“From The Big Banana to The Big Rocking Horse, our two new flavours celebrate the weird, legendary and uniquely Australian landmarks we all know and love,” says Drumstick Brand Manager, Michael Dib. “For Aussies, snacking and road trips go hand in hand, so Drumstick wanted to create bold new flavours that celebrate classic road trip memories while helping everyone make new ones this summer.”

The Road Trippers Drumstick range is available from this month in multi-packs from all major supermarkets and Drumstick Rocky Road is also available in single serve from all petrol and convenience stores.

Multi-pack retail at RRP $9.50 and single Rocky Road serves are RRP $5.00
