The transparent, wireless LG Signature OLED T is available in Australia now for those with a spare $75,000

LG has announced local availability of the new LG Signature OLED T.  The signature OLED T is the world’s first transparent and true wireless 4K OLED TV.

The new 77-inch TV is a combination of LG’s market-leading OLED technology with a transparent self-lit screen.  The OLED T makes the content appear to be floating in midair and blends seamlessly into its environment, enhancing the illusion of endless space in your living room. The TV can be positioned anywhere without disrupting natural light in your room.

“With the LG OLED T, we are showcasing the pinnacle of LG innovation, a powerful testament to our commitment to delivering new and better screen solutions in the home. Embodying our focus on smart life solutions, it’s innovation that genuinely enhances the everyday, making life good by redefining how technology integrates beautifully into the Australian home.”

Tony Brown, General Manager, Home Entertainment Marketing and Content Business at LG Electronics ANZ

The accompanying LG Zero Connect Xox enables wireless video and audio transmission, freeing up your space from any ugly cables.  With a simple touch of a button, you can switch between transparent and opaque modes, allowing you to integrate the TV into your home decor seamlessly.

The TV also includes the ability to turn the transparent screen into an always-on digital display called T-Objet, perfect for photos, artwork, and more in vibrant OLED colour.  In this T-Objet mode, a scrolling real-time information bar appears at the bottom of the display, displaying useful information such as weather, sports scores, and more.

The OLED T is compatible with NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium, allowing gamers to experience a dynamic, colourful OLED display on a large, 77-inch display.

All this innovative technology does not come cheap though, with the LG SIGNATURE OLED T available now for RRP $74,999* at LG.com/au. For more information, head on over to: https://www.lg.com/au/tv-soundbars/oled-tv/oled77t4psa/
