Asus take the wraps of its new ROG gaming flagship, the ROG Zephyrus Duo, complete with dual 16-inch OLED displays

Asus has unleashed the new flagship of its ROG gaming line with the ROG Zephyrus Duo, the world’s first 16-inch dual-screen OLED gaming laptop.

The ROG Zephyrus Duo flagship gaming behemoth features 16-inch dual OLED displays, both 3K HDR screens.  This provides over 21 inches of total diagonal screen space, with a 0.2ms response time and a 120Hz refresh rate, opening up many opportunities for not just gaming but also as a powerhouse workstation.

The displays offer 1100 nits of peak brightness and are VESA DisplayHDR True Black 1000-certified, making all content consumed and games played immersive and stunning in colour reproduction.

Content creators will be salivating at its colour accuracy (Delta E <1) and 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 colour space – professional-quality screens, right out of the box.

The laptop comes with a detachable magnetic keyboard that can be used traditionally on the laptop or removed and used wirelessly via Bluetooth.  The keyboard is just 5.1mm thick but still provides a decent 1.7mm key travel as preferred in a gaming laptop.

The touchpad has been expanded from the previous Zephyrus gaming laptop, with seamless navigation and multi-touch capabilities.

The Zephyrus Duo supports five operating modes thanks to its 90° kickstand and 320° hinge rotation: Dual Screen Mode, Laptop Mode, Sharing Mode, Book Mode, and Tent Mode.

The Zephyrus Duo can handle all games thanks to its powerhouse inside – the latest Intel processor, a 16-core, 32-thread multitasking chipset – and as it is paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU it is also ideal for creators of all types.  The GPU supports AI and gaming features such as DLSS 4, Frame Generation, and 4th Gen ray-tracing cores.

ROG has improved laptop cooling with a redesigned motherboard, a larger vapour chamber, dual fans, and a dedicated graphite sheet that covers the entire CPU and GPU.

The body of the Zephyrus Duo features a premium CNC-milled aluminium chassis and a new Stellar Grey colourway.  As you would expect in a gaming flagship laptop, the Zephyrus Duo also features a new Slash Lighting array that can be customised to your own preferences.

Local pricing and availability have yet to be announced, but will be published here when they become available.
