HP unveils new Omnibook Ultra 14 and OmniStudio along with refresh of Omnibook line

HP has announced their new range of consumer laptops, with their Omnibook range getting a refresh of the range with new OmniBook Ultra, OmniStudio, and Omnibook laptops.

The new Omnibook Ultra 14 is the flagship of the range, carrying the moniker of ‘the world’s slimmest consumer notebook with the fastest AI performance’.

Made from anodised aluminium chassis, the new unit is 52% lighter than the last generation, but still includes excellent durability with mil-spec (810H) certification against drops, shocks and more.

Powered by either one of the newly announced Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, or a custom HP-exclusive Snapdragon X2 Elite variant, the unit can produce up to 85 Trillion Operations Per Second (TOPS) from the NPU, allowing you to get faster responses from AI.

The laptop will be offered with up to 64GB of RAM, with a 3K OLED display and up to a 2TB SSD with the Qualcomm silicon offering all-day battery life.

HP has also updated their OmniStudio with the HP OmniStudio X 27, an All-in-One, designed for creativity and multitasking.

The all-in-one includes a 27-inch Neo:LED display which brings professional level grading supporting 100% Adobe RGB and 100% DCI-P3 colour coverage from the IPS panel, which includes miniLED backlighting and fast 120Hz refresh rate.

The OmniSudio X 27 is powered by the next-gen Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, which includes Intel’s ‘AI Boost’ as well as options to include an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 GPU.

The Omnibook Studio is designed for easing your workflow, with Thunderbolt Share letting you connect your laptop to your desktop with a thunderbolt cable and transfer files back and forth fast.

HP is refreshing the entire Omnibook Lineup for 2026, offering the latest next-gen AMD Ryzen AI processors, next-gen Intel Core Ultra processors, and the newest Snapdragon X2 Elite and Plus processors.

HP says that their Omnibook X will be refreshed with both the traditional clamshell design, and HP Omnibook X Flip also joining the line, with 360-degree hinge designs offering versatility in a number of display sizes.

The HP Omnibook X will get a load of options, from IPS and OLED displays, through to options bringing Gen5 SSD and up to 32GB of RAM.

HP says they will also be offering new HP Omnibook 3 series, 5 series with OLED  and Omnibook 7 series devices with new options through the year.
