Logitech G announce the G512 X, its new TMR analogue/mechanical gaming keyboard

Logitech G has announced the new Logitech G512 X TMR Analogue/Mechanical Gaming Keyboard, for those who want to customise their keyboard to their own unique playstyle.

The G512 X features new TMR (Tunnel Magneto Resistance) sensor technology, which enables the keyboard to map actions based on keypress depth.  The applications for this are extensive, including flight sims, racing titles, and tactical shooters.

Available in both 75 and 98 layouts, the G512 X delivers multiple new technologies, including:

  • Dual swap capability with the ability to use analogue and mechanical switches in any of its 39 hybrid TMR switch beds.  The switch beds are compatible with most analogue and 3-pin/5-pin mechanical switches.
  • True 8K performance across all metrics.
  • Multipoint Action and SAPP (Second Actuation Pressure Point) Rings allow users to assign two actions to a single keypress at varying depths, and then add a second actuation pressure point ring for a tactical bump at the second trigger point.

The G512 X also includes an RGB lightbar and can be accessorised with a ¨premium acrylic palm rest,¨ sold separately.

The G512 X is available in black or white and is designed to be paired with the G502 X Plus LIGHTSPEED wireless gaming mouse and the G522 LIGHTSPEED wireless gaming headset.

The G512 X Gaming Keyboard is available now at LogitechG.com and from global retailers starting May 2, 2026.  The 75 layout has an RRP of $299.95, and the 98 layout $339.95.
