Jackery to debut Ultra-Compact Explorer 300D Power Station and show off Explorer 100 with Antigravity A1 drone at Melbourne 4×4 show later this month

Jackery Australia is set to launch their latest portable power station, the Explorer 300D at the Melbourne 4×4 Show later this month, as well as showing off their palm-sized Explorer 100 with the AntiGravity A1 drone.

The Explorer 300D will be showcased at the event from the 21st to 23rd of August, alongside the rest of the Jackery Australia range in their biggest display yet. Visitors to the show will get an exclusive first-look at the device, which will also go on-sale on the first day of the show. 

Featuring 288Wh of power, the Explorer 300D weighs in at just 2.5 kg – smaller and lighter than other portable power stations of the same capacity.

The batteries are rated for more than ten-years of use, with up to 4,000 cycles at 70% capacity. The battery supplies up to 300W of power with high-capacity portable, direct DC power for devices including Starlink Mini, as well as multiple devices when off-grid through DC, as well as USB Type-A and Type-C ports on the front. 

Supporting multiple charging methods, including AC charging, solar panel charging, car charging, and USB-C fast charging, there’s a built-in woven USB-C cable which doubles as a carry handle. The cable supports charging at up to 140W which can get you up to 80% in just 1 hour — no extra cords to carry around to charge, just plug it in and go. 

The Explorer 300D will go on-sale on day 1 of the Melbourne 4×4 Show on the 21st of August for an early bird price of $299 ($150 off the normal price). You’ll be able to pre-order on the Jackery website. 

During the show, Jackery will be highlighting their Explorer 100 Plus power bank. Using the Antigravity A1 drone – the world’s first all-in-one 8K 360 drone – to showcase ‘aerial content creation, remote filming and off-grid support’.

The palm-sized mini portable power station includes up to 99Wh of power, and fits in the palm of your hand weighing in at just 965 grams.

It keeps the Jackery look, with a nice clear display to show stats on input and output, with the ability to charge up to three devices simultaneously – including a drone through the dual USB-C and a USB-A port. . 

The Antigravity A1 drone can last from 24 minutes with the standard battery (16.9Wh), or 39 minutes with their high-capacity 4,345mAh (31.1Wh) battery – with the Explorer 100 able to recharge both batteries multiple times to get you flying again quickly, letting creators focus on flying first. 

Originally priced at $229, show attendees will be able to order one for just $169. 

The Explorer 300D, Explorer 100 Plus and the Antigravity A1 drone will be on show, alongside the rest of the Jackery range, including the Explorer 1000 V2 which I recently checked out, as well as the Explorer 2000 Plus, Explorer 1500 Ultra and Explorer 600 V2.
