Lego have announced their latest set, bringing the king of the monsters, Godzilla to builders for the first time.
The 5,363-piece set is priced at $659.99, and is the largest LEGO Ideas model ever launched, standing at 70cm tall when built. Submitted by New York-based Fan Designer Matthew Esposito, the model gained 10,000 votes from the community before being selected as an official set.
The model includes Godzilla’s famous nuclear scarred scaly skin, and the jagged dorsal spikes decked out in blue as well as adjustable tail, head, arms and fingers so you can pose him as you want. There’s also an attachable tongue and Heat Ray to finish off the look.
The set is available to pre-order now, but Godzilla fans may want to hold off until the on-sals date with a 359-piece LEGO Ideas Godzilla Logo and Footprint set (40888) being given away as a free gift-with-purchase if you buy between 27 – 30 November 2026 through the LEGO.com/Godzilla site
