Yo Dawg, I heard you like…. It’s been years since Xzibit hosted Pimp My Ride, but the meme rings true with Pizza Hut launching a pizza inside a pizza – or to be more precise, Pepperoni Stuffed Crust is here.
After first introducing the stuffed crust pizza over thirty years ago, Pizza Hut is changing the game again, folding 20 slices of juicy pepperoni into the crust, alongside gooey, melted cheese.
The addition makes it harder to leave the crust, and could even make it one of the best parts – depending on your preferences, marinara or garlic sauce is always good!
Pizza Hut Australia’s Chief Marketing Officer, Nora-Kate O’Connell said of the new addition
“We’re the OGs of Stuffed Crust. We invented it back in 1995, so we reckon we’ve earned the right to get a little carried away. Thirty years on, we thought cheese alone was getting a little too comfortable. So, we threw 20 slices of pepperoni in there too. Have we gone a little overboard? Maybe.”
The addition of Pepperoni Stuffed Crust is easy, simply add it to any large pizza for an extra $4.95, when ordering through the Pizza Hut app, online at pizzahut.com.au or in-store.
