Thermomix announces the versatile Ovana 360, an outdoor pizza oven that can do much more than just pizza

Thermomix today unveiled the Ovana 360, an advanced outdoor pizza oven with rotating stone technology for consistent, even heat distribution and delicious pizza.

The Ovana 360 features improved insulation with a double-insulated door, a wider opening for easier pizza handling, and a stainless-steel professional design.

The gas-powered Ovana 360 is more than a pizza oven when paired with the new cast-iron skillet, letting you sear meats, roast vegetables, and even bake bread.

Compact and portable, although it weighs 25kg, the Ovana 360 can be used in a variety of locations around your home whenever you are entertaining.  For an even more professional-looking setup, an Ovana 360 Table is available for separate purchase and features a stainless-steel benchtop and fold-out wings, utensil hooks and dedicated gas bottle storage.

As summer approaches, the Ovana 360 is ideal for outdoor cooking and entertaining, with quick heat-up times, a larger oven opening, rotating stone technology for an even cook every time, enhanced insulation and heat retention, and the cast-iron skillet accessory.

The Thermomix Ovana 360 is available exclusively through The Mix Shop across Australia and New Zealand, at an introductory price of AU9 / NZ5.

The Ovana Cast Iron Skillet and Ovana 360 Table are also available separately, completing the outdoor cooking experience.
