A Bluetooth pot-plant for wireless music in your garden

We’re not sure if this is a case of leading-edge innovation or if perhaps Bluetooth speakers might have just jumped the shark. Ion are releasing a “wireless outdoor speaker” which is built into the base of a pot plant.

If you’re looking to get the groove on our in the garden, or you perhaps believe that music therapy might help your garden grow this could be the product for you.

The Ion audio “plant speaker” is a terracotta looking pot which they tell us will fit anything from ornamental grasses, lilies and hydrangeas. It does include drainage with the built-in speaker located in the base of the pot.
