Big Screams From TCL on Big Screens

TCL have been in the television game for a long time, and we’re seeing their growth in Australia too, they’re offering great televisions at an affordable price. Today in Las Vegas at CES, they’ve announced some televisions that will stretch the budget and some that are a perfect fit, with ALL the tech.

Go big or go home!

If this is your moto when you’re shopping for a new TV then this will need to get a look in. Measuring in at 85inches, this TV from TCL will be very noticeable.

The 85” Premium QLED Private Theatre X6 features Quantum Dot technology and an elegant design,
and is amongst the thinnest supersized TVs in the world at just 24.8 mm wide at the thinnest part of
the body.
At 60,000 hours, the colour lifespan of the 85” QLED Private Theatre X6 is twice as long as a regular OLED TV. The 85” Premium QLED Private Theatre X6 supports Dolby Vision™ and High-Dynamic- Range (HDR).
The 85” Premium QLED Private Theatre X6 comes with a Harman Kardon sound system, offering 12-
sound channels and 360° surround stereo sound with a 10” woofer. Both Dolby Atmos® 7.1.4 sound
technology and DTS: X 7.1.4 technology are supported. Through Dolby Atmos® sound technology, the 85” Premium QLED Private Theatre X6 offers customers the most realistic sound experience to date, with cinema quality surround sound that allows them to hear (and feel) sounds move from one end of the room to the other.

Amazingly, the TV can be wall mounted or it can just sit on a cabinet or the floor theatre stand. The TCL 85 inch beast isn’t exactly cheap, but note that is a full home theatre with the speaker kit too…
The TCL 85” Premium QLED Private Theatre X6 will be available in Australia in March 2018. RRP – $19,999

Ok, I have a budget…

P6 Series

No problem here it seems. TCL are bringing two models, the C6 and P6 series which are all still 4K, run Android TV, with apps and all the smarts with Google Chromecast and even has Harmon Kardon speakers. The TV also uses a Smart Cube for cable management which makes everything much neater when it comes to connecting devices to your new television. Both the these televisions, in all their sizes, will be available from May 2018

C Series

The C6 range will come in 49”, 55” and 65” topping out at $3,299 for the 65.

The P6 series will come 43”, 50”, 55” and 65” topping out at $2,699 for the 65.
