The Smoothest, Simplest way To Make Mobile Video

DJI have a strong presence yet again here at CES but have only brought the one new product. The DJI Osmo Mobile 2, an incremental upgrade on their previous model. The DJI Osmo Mobile 2 is a handheld smartphone gimbal made for shooting super smooth video, great quality photos whenever you are on the go straight from your smartphone.

It now comes with an integrated battery, giving you 15 hours of shooting before it will need recharging. There is no longer the option to rip and replace the battery but the solid increase in battery life should do enough to satisfy even the most serious of users.

Your smartphone is secured in an improved 3 axes gimbal that now allows you to hold your phone in portrait mode, perfect for social media streaming. The design of the gimbal combined with the software is designed to take the shake out of any of your videos giving them the appearance that they were shot by a professional.

The trigger button from the original Osmo Mobile has been replaced by a newer button layout and thanks to some new materials, the Osmo Mobile 2 is now fractionally lighter.

The DJI Osmo Mobile 2 gives you a number of shooting modes of both photography and videography such as panoramic photos, long exposure, light trail modes, motion timelapse, hyperlapse.
Currently available exclusively through Apple.com but expect it to become available via DJI in Australia soon.
