Samsung announces Galaxy Unpacked event for August 10, new foldables inbound

Samsung has today announced the date for their next Galaxy Unpacked event, August 10.

The new event has the tagline “Unfold Your World” leaving very little to the imagination of what we should be expecting at next month’s event. From the tagline and from the teaser image we should expect multiple foldable smartphones, with a new Galaxy Flip definitely on the menu.

Given that foldables are “transforming the mobile market” it is not surprising to see Samsung with a focus on this relatively new form factor. Aside from a new Galaxy Fold and Galaxy Flip, other devices we expect to see at the Galaxy Unpacked event include the Galaxy Watch5 and new Galaxy Buds.

To tune into the event head on over to Samsung.com or Samsung’s YouTube channel at 11pm AEST on August 10. You can be sure we will have the full even covered here at EFTM so check in here also to get all the local release details.
