Sony DualSense Edge controller now available to pre-order in Australia

The PS5 DualSense Edge controller announced by Sony in August is now available for pre-order in Australia, with units set to arrive on January 26th next year.

Sony announced the launch date as well as US and European pricing last week, but the pro-level controller has only become available for pre-order in Australia today. Australians will pay $339.95 for the controller, while the DualSense Edge Stick module will sell for $34.95.

The DualSense Edge is Sony’s first real try at a pro-level controller, offering a heap of features including the ability to swap out the stick modules. Players will be able to customise their hardware further with a range of High and low dome caps, half-dome back buttons and lever buttons on the rear.

The controller is also more customisable with options to remap controls with the ability to save multiple control profiles. Players can even deactivate specific button inputs, adjust thumbstick sensitivity, travel distance and even eliminate dead zones.

The DualSense Edge bundle includes all this for the $339.95 price tag:

  • DualSense Edge wireless controller
  • USB braided cable
  • 2 Standard caps
  • 2 High dome caps
  • 2 Low dome caps
  • 2 Half dome back buttons
  • 2 Lever back buttons
  • Connector housing
  • Carrying case

You can find the DualSense Edge controller for pre-order at TheGamesmen, EB, Sony and even JB Hifi
