While the focus has been on new Samsung TVs and Appliances, there’s also some mobile news with the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G announced.
The phone is an affordable option in the company’s A-Series and offers 5G connectivity alongside a large battery offering all-day battery life and 15W fast charging with a whopping four years of security updates as well as two OS updates.
The Galaxy A14 5G will include a large 6.6-inch FHD+ resolution display with 90Hz refresh rate for super smooth scrolling and includes a triple rear camera with 13MP selfie camera on the front.
The phone will be offered with 64GB or 128GB storage options with the option to expand that with a microSD card up to 1TB.

A focus on privacy and security has been announced with the Galaxy A14 5G with Samsung announcing that the phone will include a new security and privacy panel, ‘offering an easy and transparent new way to see how apps are tracking data, and quickly turn off unwanted tracking’.
At this stage, the Galaxy A14 5G has been announced with a 9 USD price tag (around 1 AUD) but no Australian pricing or availability has been announced.
