CES 2024: Acer unveils new gaming monitors including a 3D SpatialLabs gaming monitor

Alongside their new gaming laptops Acer has announced five new gaming monitors including a 3D Predator SpatialLabs 27-inch gaming monitor.

Predator SpatialLabs View 27 Gaming Monitor

The new Predator SpatialLabs View 27 monitor offers the ability to 3D game in seamless UltraHD. Acer uses their own proprietary shader and driver technique to develop individual 3D profiles with existing depth information from the games.

The monitor includes a One-Click Game play function which automatically launches the game in its configured 3D profile, with more gaming titles being added every month. The monitor includes dual 2.5W speakers which use AI-driven software to deliver a surround-sound experience and a truly immersive gaming experience.

The 4K panel offers a 160Hz refresh rate, 400 nits of brightness, AMD FreeSync and NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility delivering a tear-free gaming viewing experience.

At this stage there is no word on the Australian availability and pricing of the Predator SpatialLabs View 27 monitor.

New Predator Curved gaming monitors

At CES 2024 Acer has also announced four new Predator curved gaming monitors.

The massive 57-inch Predator Z57 offers a DUHD (7680 x 2160) resolution at a 120Hz refresh rate and features MiniLED technology to produce amazing picture quality, colours and contrast. The 32:9 aspect ratio with 1000R curvature delivers an immersive experience, increasing the content in the user’s field of vision.

The Predator Z57 includes two HDMI 2.0 ports and a DisplayPort 1.4 connectivity to allow for connection to a multitude of sources along with dual powerful 10W speakers.

Predator X34 V3

The Predator X34 V3 is a 34-inch curved MiniLED display with a 21:9 ultrawide QHD (3440 x 1440) resolution which with its 1500R curvature offers a great immersive experience to the user. The refresh rate is an impressive 180Hz with a 1ms G2G resulting in fluid game play. Two HDMI 2.0 ports and a DisplayPort 1.4 offer the choice of connectivity to a variety of sources.

Although it can be mounted to a wall with an included wall mount, the stand includes adjustable height, tilt and swivel to improve viewing comfort.

Predator X39

The Predator X39 and Predator X34 X are the new OLED gaming models from Acer offering that high contrast you expect from an OLED display alongside fast 240Hz refresh rates and 0,01ms pixel response times. Both include a UWQHD (3440 x 1440) resolution with the 800R curvature to deepen engagement of the user.

All of these new Predator monitors feature AMD FreeSync Premium, a built-in KVM switch and a USB Type-C 90W PD port.

Predator X34 X

The Australian availability and pricing of the Predator Z57 and the X39 is yet to be confirmed but the Predator X34 X and the X34 V3 will both be available in Australia in Q2 2024 for AU$2,899 and AU$1,899 respectively.
